Building Champions

Our mission is to support athletes in their journey of physical and mental strength. Spanning from youth athletes to professionals, our strength and conditioning team is equipped to elevate foundational movements and sharpen skills required to perform. We offer the following training options and programs for the following ages groups and training levels:

  • Athlete Hour classes geared towards athletes ages 12 to 15 to develop foundational strength and sport-specific skills
  • Athletic development programs to help improve performance
  • Elite Athlete Training: We work with a variety of elite athletes ranging from the special forces, professional athletes, and collegiate teams including the Loyola Men’s Lacrosse Team (2012 National Champions).

Athlete Hour

Open to all youth athletes ages 12 to 15
Drop-in classes Monday to Thursday, 5 to 6 pm
Focus on building foundational strength
Incorporates sport-specific exercises

Athlete Development Programs

Custom programming designed by a certified coach
Private or small group instruction 
Programs designed to improve performance and skill
Sport-specific training design

 

 

Elite Athlete Training

Develop custom programs for teams or individuals
Expert program design and instruction with a certified coach
Worked with a variety of elite athletes ranging from special forces,  professional  athletes and collegiate teams including the Loyola Men’s University Lacrosse Team (2012 National Champs)
