Frank Rosenthal PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Dr. Frank Rosenthal runs the Training House Physical Therapy Clinic and works to develop and implement athlete recovery programs. Frank and the physical therapy team work with active adults and athletes of all levels, developing movement-based rehabilitative programs and return to sport conditioning. Frank uses his expertise in functional movement biomechanics to optimize performance in his patients. In addition, he specializes in treating athletes returning from concussion and vestibular impairment. He works with a variety of professional and Paralympic athletes to maximize performance and recover from injury. Frank regularly lectures in the PT program at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and is a clinical instructor for PT students. He was a 4 year rower for Bucknell and is the head coach of the Calvert Hall rowing team.
Justin Gittings, PT, DPT, SFMA-Lv1
Justin specializes in movement-based rehabilitation, biomechanical evaluation in sports, and strength/conditioning programs. Dr. Gittings works with the Training House collegiate and high school sports teams, addressing injury prevention and sports performance. Recently, Justin has been developing specialized training programs for lumbar and shoulder conditions to decrease pain and return to a healthy lifestyle. Justin works with various athletes, strength coaches, and athletic teams on performing sport-specific evaluations and implementing corrective strategies for rehabilitation or prevention on injury. He is also Functional Movement System(FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA trained) trained.
Deanna Ballard, PT Tech
Deanna is an Exercise Science student at Towson University. Upon graduation she intends to attend school to become a Physician’s Assistant and a Registered Dietitian. Deanna was a goalkeeper for Towson’s Women’s soccer team and now coaches for Baltimore Union. She enjoys working with athletes and coaching footwork skills.
