Group Training Classes & Schedule
Group Training is a fun way to get fit, surrounded and encouraged by like-minded people, in an energetic team atmosphere. Our group classes are designed by certified coaches to build strength and increase endurance, providing a constant challenge and plenty of motivation. Join our community and dig deeper, push harder, and strive together to reach your goals faster. Bring your friends, or join a group and make new ones.
Unlimited group classes are included for board members or you can drop in any class for $15.
Current Group Class Offerings:
BOXING BOOTCAMP: This is a boxing class like none other! Lead by Coach Al, this is a great combination of boxing and bootcamp that will keep your heart rate high and your energy even higher! (Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 – 9:30am, Saturday 8:00 – 9:00am)
TRAINING CAMP: This class will be a combination of progressive functional training and metabolic conditioning. Level up in the new year by committing to this 8 week class. Our progressive training method will allow individuals to adapt exercises to their experience level on the fly without skipping a rep. (Monday and Wednesdays 8:30 – 9:30am)
All classes are FREE TO BOARD MEMBERS or $15 for a single drop in.
