Group Classesat Training House
Group Classes and Class Schedule
Training House group classes are open to everyone! Board members can enjoy unlimited classes free of charge, and all others are welcome to take a class for $15. Registration is available online once you create a Mindbody account, or you can simply sign up for classes by visiting our front desk. All classes will be open for registration one week prior to the class occurrence.
Current Group Class Offerings:
BOXING BOOTCAMP: This is a boxing class like none other! Lead by Coach Al, this is a great combination of boxing and bootcamp that will keep your heart rate high and your energy even higher! (Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 – 9:30am, Saturday 8:00 – 9:00am)
COFFEE & STRENGTH: This 6-Week Training Camp Class, led by Coach Brandon, that will focus on proper biomechanics, cardiovascular efficiency, muscular activation, and strength training. Also enjoy fresh, hot coffee before & after class! (Monday and Wednesdays 8:30 – 9:30pm)
SUNDAY WARRIOR TRAINING: This is. Coach Al & Coach Brandon tag team class that is intended for those who want to switch it up and get away from the conventional training you’re doing every day. Sunday Warrior Training will challenge you and keep your mind and body engaged! (Sundays 9:00 – 10:00am)
All classes are FREE TO BOARD MEMBERS or $15 for a single drop in. $120 for a 6-Week Pack to Coffee & Strength.
