Group Classes and Class Schedule
Training House group classes are open to everyone! Board members can enjoy unlimited classes free of charge, and all others are welcome to take a class for $15. Registration is available online once you create a Mindbody account, or you can simply sign up for classes by visiting our front desk. All classes will be open for registration one week prior to the class occurrence.
Current Group Class Offerings:
OUTDOOR YOGA: This outdoor vinyasa flow class will leave you feeling revitalized and balanced. Yoga is weather pending and takes place on the Training House deck. Please bring your own mat! (Tuesdays 8:00 - 8:45am and Thursdays 6:00 - 6:45pm)
BOXING: Boxing with Coach Al is finally here! This 45-minute class is a great combination of boxing and bootcamp that will keep your heart rate high and your energy up! (Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 - 10:15am, Saturday 7:00 - 7:45am)
HIIT: This High Intensity Interval Training class will challenge you from beginning to end. With a balanced mix of strength and cardio, you'll have the perfect full body working in just 45 minutes! (Tuesdays 6:00 - 6:45pm)
